By accessing and using Lumina Notes ("Service"), an application developed and maintained by Tambo fotsing Kevin colin ("I," "me," or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Lumina Notes is an AI-powered note-taking and knowledge management application that helps users organize, connect, and expand their knowledge through intelligent features including but not limited to:

• Note creation and organization
• Knowledge graph visualization
• AI-powered content suggestions and linking
• Smart flashcard generation
• Export and collaboration features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying me immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and compliance for transactions made through the Service. By making a payment, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal.

4.2 Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Pricing Changes

Pricing may change at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting me. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period (except as required by law)
• Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload, store, or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or store using the Service. By using the Service, you grant a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAMBO FOTSING KEVIN COLIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification
