Paddle as Merchant of Record

Lumina Notes uses Paddle as the Merchant of Record for all payment processing. Paddle is the official seller of record for all subscriptions, and all refunds are processed through Paddle.

Paddle handles all aspects of payment processing, including refunds, chargebacks, and tax compliance. This ensures your payment information is secure and your refund rights are protected in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund directly through Paddle:

  1. Visit https://my.paddle.com to access your Paddle account
  2. Locate your order using the email address associated with your purchase
  3. Request a refund through the order management interface

Alternatively, you can contact me directly at tfkcolin11@gmail.com and I will assist you with your refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting me. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: 5-10 business days
